Mixed bag, this week.
Cons:
-I've lost a total of two pounds in the last month. I'm at 10 months today, and I expected the loss to slow, but not so much and so abruptly.
-That might be related to the way I've constantly been wanting to eat. I haven't eaten anything outside of the safe things I normally eat, but definitely more than I'd gotten used to. I want to be eating a little more than I was, but I need to figure out how to do that in a controlled way.
-I'm scared that this is it. No more to lose. I'm pretty comfortable at this size, but I'd like to get out of an "obese" BMI.
Pros:
+I have been doing pretty well at re-incorporating the exercise that I had been neglecting.
+I did some food journaling this week. It wasn't as bad as I thought it was.
+I'm going to an event with my SO tomorrow night. I'll be wearing a gorgeous chinese silk top that I bought 3 months ago at a consignment shop, even though it didn't fit yet. It fits perfectly right now.
